Ok, I am new here......I have been reading thru the posts and I am in need of some help. I am 5'8, 24 and weigh 165lbs. My goal is to get back to my prepregnancy weight of 130. I would like to try and get there in the next 6 months. So, I filled out the profile and it said 1600 calories a day in order to do this. I was just wondering if that is tooooooooo high??? Alot of other post talk about 1200 calories or less daily. What is the norm here? I am confused! Should I lower my calorie intake in order to loose weight or is this a good number to stick with? Please help......lol

I just eat alot of 0 cal things, like salads with fat free dressing, or a sandwhich for 200 cals or tuna in a can with just a few triscuits.

Are you eating tuna plain? I HATE TUNA......I have been eating it though.......Just can't stand it alone.......But, I don't want to mix it with mayo, because how fat it is.....
i put i spoonful of fat free whipped salad dressing and occasionally a hard boiled egg cut up, then i eat it on triscuits or whole grain crackers.
No, I did that tuna diet for a police mens ball years ago. I lost a lot of weight. Using pickles and other things and a little of mayo to mix it with. Just enough of that tuna and a salad. But no. what i post is the foods you can have. It is not a diet it is just a list of foods you can have. Not only that they are good for you.
Jad, That sounds good. Might have to try that on the days i feel like tuna. Thanks. I use the fat free mircle whip salad dressing.
