help ? please.

Don't take my word for it, but it will be at least 3000.  I'm only 5'2", and essentially sedentary and it's taken me 3000-4000 a day to gain 1 to 1.5 pounds a week.

ok so 3000

anyone else

oh and also my daily intake is about 1800 cals.

I really need help and we have no money for nutrionist so. please anyone? help?

so then cut down ur excercise if u want to gain weight.

eat 3000 for 2 weeks, u may gain initial water weight if this is more than ur normal amount, if after 2 weeks ur not gaining or not enough, and u can safely gain 2lbs/week, then eat 250 cals more.

Hey you can use the 'calorie calculator tool' in the box at the top of the page. you can add your age, height and weight and it will help you. try to up your cals of high fat and high calorie food and try to limit your excersize, that will help!

You'll need at least 2500-3000 calories to gain weight. Initially, since you've been undereating, you might gain weight on a lower amount. But as your metabolism starts to speed up again, you could easily need more than 3000 calories.
