Calories generally in this kind of trail mix?

The store I go to has their own trail mix packaged so of course no calorie or serving suggestions provided. (I know a serving is usually 1/4 cup.)

Any idea how many calories would be in 1/4 cup of a trail mix that contained cocktail peanuts, regular raisins and m&m candies?

I'm in a trail mixin kind of mood! Heh. :P

my estimate is about 150 =)

1/4c raisins: 125

1/4c peanuts: 210

1/4c m&ms: 250

(approximately)

I'd guess that most trail mix is 40 percent raisins, 40 percent peanuts, and 20 percent M&Ms. If so, it's about 180 calories for a quarter cup of trail mix.

this sounds EXACTLY like costco's trail mix and it's 160 calories for 30g.
