(I liked this idea that I spotted in another forum and thought it would be fun to do here, veg*n style) Cool

If you could eat ANYTHING you wanted for a day, anything at all, without any calories, consequences, guilt or being sick from it all :) what would you have?

Breakfast- A vegan Belgian waffle with chocolate chips, bananas, strawberries, walnuts and drizzles of peanut butter and maple syrup

Lunch- Edamame, Miso Soup and some veggie rolls (with a thick frappe, haha)

Dinner- A Mexican feast with chips and guacamole and a black bean and veggie and brown rice burrito...and a big margarita

Dessert- A vegan cheesecake brownie ice cream sundae with hot fudge and peanut butter, soy whipped cream and lots of marashino cherries

There's no way I could answer this!  I'd want to eat everything and anything. :)

Yeah, I have to say that I would go a little crazier if there were no consequences at all.  There is no way I would stop at 3 meals and dessert!!

Here is a guess:

Breakfast:  Chocolate chip banana pancakes DROWN in real maple syrup!  Homefries...AND a big bowl of cereal with almond milk.

Lunch: Sushi - a mixed veggie roll, a seaweed salad roll, and TWO avo-kyu rolls!  Of course miso, too, with extra seaweed...and why not a fresh spring roll, too, with peanut sauce?  Oh, and let's throw some fried corn nuggets on top for good measure.

Snack: a GIANT bowl of fruit salad - with grapes, mangoes, strawberries, pineapple...and the sugary almond syrup my mom puts on top.  And a WHOLE bag of veggie booty.  Maybe I'll have a little candy, too...swedish fish, sour patch kids, or twizzlers?  Let's have some of each!

Dinner:  NACHOS with all the fixin's!!!  Fake taco meat, spicy refried beans, shredded teese, extra black olives, SAUTEED onions, mushrooms, and peppers...Plus extra guac and salsa for dipping all the "naked" chips at the bottom.

Dessert:  A huge shake made with almond milk and that yummy coconut ice cream I have heard so much about but never tried...I can't decide, should I have peanut butter or vanilla flavor?  Well, guess I better have one of each!  YUM!

...it's funny, this kind of sounds like what I used to have on a regular Saturday...

HMMM

breakfast- huge vegan cinnamon roll

lunch- peanut butter and jelly and some broccoli

dinner- vegan mac n cheeze, mashed potatoes, flaky biscuit

dessert- peanut butter cookies

actually i kind of already eat like this.

yummo! ^^

breakfast- two huge strawberry sanrio waffles with strawberry syrup and strawberry slices on top, glass of chocolate rice milk

snack- lemon coconut creme cupcake

lunch- egg vegetable omelete with a side of steamed rice and a dash of sweet and sour sauce, strawberry daifuku

snack- strawberry pocky

dinner- a huge bowl of curry rice!

dessert- japanese strawberry cheesecake or vanilla sponge cake

if somehow i could have one day where i could eat anything and it fulfilled all my nutrient needs perfectly (somehow, magically) then i would have:

breakfast-
french toast w/ strawberries slices and lots of powdered sugar, soy sausages dipped in real maple syrup, orange juice

snack-
cinnamon sugar soft pretzel, cinnamon glazed almonds

lunch-
cucumber avocado rolls w/ lots of wasabi and soy sauce, extra spicy szchewuan bean curd and broccoli, vegetable soup w/ lots of cabbage and bamboo shoots (among other veggies)

dinner-
couple slices deep dish pizza w/ three soy cheeses, lots of mushroom, seitan 'chicken', onion, jalepeno and lots of broccoli dipped in maranara sauce, (thick) cookie dough soy milkshake

snack-
mug warm soy milk, dark chocolate bar (dip the chocolate in the milk and take bites off. :)

yep. :) i estimate this day at around 3520 calories. but oh what a glorious day it would be. haha.
