How many calories do I lose if I spend a few hours in the sun (with sun tan lotion) reading and tanning?

When I go to the pool, sometimes I just sun bathe if its too crowded to do any major swimming. I usually have a light layer of sweat on me after awhile, so I know my body is working. I'm also reading and jumping in every hour to cool off. Is it healthy and how many calories do you think I would burn?
You burn about 50 calories an hour reading while reclining. As a point of reference, you would burn 400 calories an hour by swimming a slow crawl. I found the answers by using the Activity Browser under the Exercise tab on Calorie Count. Sweating wile lying in the sun does not mean you are burning calories. You sweat because the sun increases your body temperature, not because you are working hard.
