You could run the ingredients through the recipe analyser...   Although, since you're someone with serious disordered eating problems, you may find that knowing the real calorie-content puts you off eating them.   If you're trying to incorporate them into your weight-gain programme, chalk up '100 cals per muffin' and add them to the rest of your menu as a nice snack.
