Calories in a packet of Koka Noodles?

Quote  |  Reply

I know, I know, they're compleate junk food >_< I only have them as a very occasional treat on a cold day when I'm tired ;) But the problem is I can't get an accurate calorie content - some tell me under 300, others up to 700.

So, I'm wondering if anybody knows the acctual calorie count in an 80g packet of Koka Chicken noodles?

im trying to find that everywhere too!! the packet is written in chinese!!

this site says 143 or somethin, that seems very low!! but when you think about it, theres actually nothing in them! its a few little noodles and a powder flavour! so i deffinatley reckon, its closer to "under 300" than it is to "up to "700"

i know that wasnt to helpful! also, i dnt think the koka noodles are particularly bad for you, they just arent really doin anythin good for you. all they have is a few carbs really. no fat or any of the other stuff.

mayb???

I once had a packet of chicken koka noodles and it had the nutritional info on it. It was 400 calories. I have never seen it again and i sometimes wonder if it was a dream! Anyway it makes sense as Super Noodles have 500 calories and they have 25g more than Koka noodles. The reason they are quite high in calories is because they contain palm oil.  Hope this helps.
