Anyone have any ideas on what to eat for lunch that totals about 300 calories? I also need some ideas for 400 calorie dinners. I'm running out of options and tired of eating the same old stuff. Please help!

Tuna salad pita is really good and very nutritious! 1/2 can of tuna, 2 tsps light mayo, 2 tsps (or to taste...i like lots!) of balsamic vinegar, plus cucumber, lettuce, tomato or whatever- mixed up in a pita?
I also like egg pita, with one boiled egg chopped up and mixed with 2 tsps light mayo, tomato, lettuce cucumber in a pita.

Oh forgot to mention- a 6 inch, 6 grams of fat or less subway is a firm favourite of mine! I like roast beef, salad and vinegrette and its like 290 cals i think. VERY filling and satisfying because it dosn't taste uber healthy.
