Depending on the size of the slice... I'd estimate about 50 calories.

...but the crust is the best part!!!

weigh it. It would be the same as that much Italian bread. But why not just go ahead and eat it?  It can't possibly be worth that much and it's so good.

Okay so I just happen to manage a pizza place and I can tell you if your trying to save calories you need to go light on the cheese.  Out of all the things on a pizza to cut back on thats it.  We use 100% whole milk mozzerella and we put a ton on each pizza.  Just by using half the amount of cheese saves you so much and it doesnt affect the taste.  I always do our 14" thin crust pizza with only 2-4 oz. of mozzerella on the whole thing, then I load it with veggies and top with shredded parmesan.

How much do you estimate that would save foreverme? I love pizza so I would love any information on how to make it a healthier option.

Eat the pizza then mars, but only eat a 2 slices instead of 3 or 4. you'll pack in 500 calories just make up for it by eating a salad no dressing for another meal and lighter calorie snacks.
