100 calories snacks

is it healthier eating two 100 calorie packs of cheetos or   a whole entire bag of regular cheetos

What's a "regular" bag? If it's the big bag you get at the grocery store, then definitely the 100 calorie packs. If it's the individual sized bag, I'd say they are equally bad, or I'd err toward the 100 calorie packs.

Throw away the Cheetos. 

It is healthier to not eat cheetos or chips, period. tortilla chips if you must, and the 100 cal packs if you're not willing to give them up (but only 1!)

If you ever read the 100 calorie pack nutrition info, you'll find that at least 25% of the calories are from fat. 100 calorie packs are a sham. There are plenty of other great foods that you can eat lots more of without consuming so many calories. Try looking up the "energy density" principle.
