If you had 500 calories to spend right now what would you eat?

Just curious. Maybe this post doesn't belong under food i'm not sure. I have 500 calories to spend. I'm hungry and i'm looking for some ideas.

That is one large frozen yogurt, but yes I agree. :)

I have 500 calories left...so I'm going with Asherashte, probably not available to you since it's it's a Persian stew.

Chicken sandwich, cup of milk, string cheese, Kashi almond honey flax bar. That's breakfast!

Ooh 500 calories to burn.....would depend upon what mood I was in.  I could blow it on some absinthe, that would be delicious!  Or I could have an enormous bowl of popcorn! 

I would make myself a loaded oatmeal with nuts, a banana, and milk instead of water :)

I would have one wholemeal scone (180), 35g bowl of oatmeal (130), granny smith apple (80) and 2 egg whites boiled (35cals) , 50g tail on prawns thrown in (60). (485 total).. Im all about little and often.

subway 6 inches chicken and bacon ranch with honey mustard and sweet onions sauce, single cheese and lettuce, sweet corn, cucumber, tomato and green peppers. yummy!

Salmon wrap with veggies and a sweet potato topped with cottage cheese.

Or a wrap with lobster and veggies and spaghetti squash with homemade pasta sauce.

If we are talking clean/healthy. If not a chocolate brownie with icing. Laughing

Tastykake Lemon Pies- 300 Turkey Hill Ice Cream Sandwich- 120 or 160 i forget.

I do have 500 I could spend now but for the purpose of your question I'm assuming you mean a naughty 500....Sausage McGriddle fo sho

I am also all about little and often. makes me feel like i am eating ALOT

quarter pounder, no cheese or a big mac, no cheese - remove the third bun.  yeah, lunch time, i am h-u-n-g-r-y.

I'm currently enjoying a 500 calorie breakfast - leftover beef/vegetable stirfry with shanghai noodles (remarkably high in protein compared to other noodles) flavoured with thai curry paste, garlic, ginger and lemongrass.  And a glass of orange juice.  (Normally, it'd be milk for breakfast but since the rest of the meal has so much protein, I'm treating myself to juice.)

Edited to note that I probably won't finish it in one sitting.  Whatever's left becomes the start of lunch.
