I always log mine as circuit training, but only if I don't take any long rests between different exercises. Today I logged like 20 minutes of "circuit training" for 20 minutes working on squats, lunges, and leg press. Hope this helps!

Circuit training is a great idea, you may also want to check out Calisthenics - (e.g Pushups, Situps, Pullups, Jumping Jacks.)

I don't know the exact number but your legs are the largest muscles in the body and if you are taxing them to the max with lunges and squats, I'd say you are burning a hell of a lot of calories...

It is hard to say. It depends on how hard you are working at it, how heavy of a weight you use, how many sets you do. But you are building muscle and burning fat when doing squats, lunges and so on. Planks are another excellent exercise to add. Pull-up's and push-ups also. The more muscle you have the faster your metabolism will be and the more calories you will burn a day just living. Your leg muscles are the larges muscle in your body so building them does more for calorie burn and fat loss than any other part of your body. Might also try hanging leg lifts.

Squats are hardcore... if you use good weight anyways. I like to put Weight Training "power lifting" bc I know I am lifting as much as I can (safely).
