Stats:
Age: 21 (22 at the end of December.)
Height: 5'3
Exercise: Dvds 1 hour, 4 days a week
Weight: 131.5
I've been eating 1,500 is that too much? I gained a pound today (132.5) so I was wondering if that was just a regular fluctuation or if I am indeed eating too much.

With your stats you should be able to maintain your weight on about 1900-2000 cals a day and therefore 1500 would represent a weight-loss intake. 1lb can be anything.... only take your weight once a week to iron out any fluctuations. Good luck
