601 calories and that includes that naughty coca cola classic with lunch and I have not been to the gym yet!

it's almost 2pm and i'm somewhere between 600 and 700.

I'm at 1000 and I have one meal left for today which will be around 400-500 calories. 

600 calories for the day is completely unreasonable unless you're under Dr's orders; and even then I question the practice.

It's about 2pm and I've eaten 860 cals so far. 

I am up too about 1200 and it's about 4:30.  Usually I am only at about 850-900 but I am on the rag and feel a little **** and weak so I am eating more now rather than feel like **** when I work out and then eat a zillion other crappy things.
oh, hahaha, I didn't know they ***** out naughty words!

Insert CRAPPY where ***** is.

LOL, that's not FOR the day, that's so FAR today :P And when you only do 1200, have at least 2 snacks and dinner yet to go, I think that's ok!

1,000 -- it's 1723 here.  A full meal when I get home from work (at 2130...)

I actually had to look at my log and add it up. I usually log all my food for the day in the morning or the night before so I stick to my plan.

So far I'm only up to 450 which is low but I still have a big dinner and 2 snacks to go, it's earlier here.

650 calories at 3:22 pm. My dinner is usually the biggest meal of the day... and I'm going out for drinks after work :).


I try to stay under 700 for breakfast, lunch and a.m./p.m. snacks. Dinner, a glass or two of wine, and some small dessert (dark chocolate, low fat pudding, fro-yo, or somthing like these) usually come up to another 600-800 calories.

I'm typically up to about 1000 cals when I leave work to go home.  I'm a bit low today (850ish), so I think I get to have dessert.  Yay!  (I aim for 1500 cals/day but more often wind up at 1700 cals/day - which still gives me a deficit around 500 cals.)

So far I have had-
Grande Caramel Macchiato from Starbucks, easy on the caramel-220
Pack of Peanut butter crackers (yum) -180
1.5 (maybe a little less) slices of wheat bread-about 120
Turkey slices-50
Small apple-60
Chocolate pudding-60
Cottage cheese with pineapple-120
810 so far! Aim for about 2,000 a day

I generally aim for 1276, always go over, usually by at least 100. It's 2025 and I'm done eating for the day, finishing out at 1440.

560 (@440pm) and I need to get home to cook tacos! mmm tacos :)

It's 8.15pm and I've been being very strict with myself for the last few days and eating lots of vegetables and no junkfood. Vegetables really fill you up for a very low number of calories! After I finished dinner tonight I'd only had 1000 calories, so I just had a yoghurt with some granola to bring me up to 1200 and I've still got another hundred calories to play with before bedtime.

Well i just finished off a snack to top my calories off at 3450

I am at 744 and I already ate dinner..... I am looking at some peanut butter and have no clue what to eat with it. I'm at work so my choices are limited.... 

A blah day!!

I'm at 775 Calories of my alotted 1650.

mortalmonkey, how many have you consumed? ;-)

10.30pm and I'm done for the day at 1253 calories and am full!

I *might* have a big glass of juice though in a few. :3
