calories used for exercising by heart rate percentage
im trying to find a tool that can calculate how many calories i have burned from certain exercises that would be based on my heart rate percentage. that way i can get a better idea about how many calories i burn once i get used to the exercises. it just doesn't make sense that i would burn the same amount doing the same exercises once my body had to work less hard. is there any tools out there, tried to google it but nothing.
thanks
I use the "miowatch". In theory it's a great tool, you just program your info (weight/age etc) and it measures your heart rate by percent. Also you can program it daily much like this website by updating your calorie intake throughout the day, it will subtract calories burned from this number as well to give you a running daily total.
However i've used this twice now and don't understand how I only burn 350 calories after 60 minutes of cardio at 75-85% of my BMR? I keep double checking the info i've inputted and haven't come across anything funky. Weird.
Not sure if this helps.....
hiya, thanks. but actually i looking for something thats on a website for free. i'll check to see if my heart rate monitor has it, it didn't come with instructions.
