1300 cals is just so little...or so much...!

Well, I'm 5'8'', current weight : 142 lbs.  I've lost 20.5 lbs since september, and I'm struggling to lose these '' last 10 pounds ''.  The devil must have a hold on them, because they do not want to get off my body! :/  But! I feel great at 142 lbs, and do not worry myself too much about it.  I've got studies, and not much time to hit the gym or anything.  And, losing 20.5 lbs is still like a gift from the gods (even though I did sweat for it!!).

Either way, to come to what I wanted to write about....
It is odd, how 1,300 cals (what CC suggest me) seems like so much (or too much!) food.  While today, I'm up to 1,010 cals and just realized I won't be able to eat all of what I had planned on eating!

And I've decided I did not want to go on the treadmill tonight.  At least, not before 11pm.  I will thus have to deal between....all-brans or special K week-end treat XD?

Yeah eat what is says. It may seem like a lot, but you DO NOT want your body to get used to living on 1,000 calories. Your body needs 1200 just to function properly.

Oh my gosh you are like my twin! I'm 5'9'' and 142 pounds! I usually eat 1300-1800 calories a day and I swim for about two hours on a team. The amount of food I eat depends on how hungry I am. Just eat above 1200 because we are taller! Rock the weight loss.
