How many cals do you think is in mcdonalds brownie sundae?

I'm guessing 500.

Nothing on their site... but their hot fudge one is 330. So I'd imagine even more than 500.

Tries to erase that from brain - that was my non dieter icecream weapon of choice from Texas Braums ice cream shops.

I don't know where the OP is from- but here in Florida, I haven't seen the McD's brownie sundae in... oh, 7 or 8 years.  It was delish, though.  And oh so baaaad for you.

I live in Virginia. And yeah,it's just basically a hot fudge sundae with a brownie at the bottom.Nothing special. You could easily make it urself.XD

btw,this site says it's 430 cals.

I'll just go with 700 cals to be safe since it is moderatley sized. Like 8 oz. I weighed it before I ate it. But then maybe I'm over estimating since a regular hot fudge sundae at mcdonalds is only 340 cals/6oz. And it was a pretty small brownie inside. Meh, I'll go with 700. I'm not very hungry today and since I'm 6'3 and 158-160 pounds I can maintain on a higher calorie level than most people.

And I looked at other sites (calorie count, the daily plate, etc) and they all said 330 calories, so I guess its about that.

OMG! yes... I completely agree with you and thanks for reminding me... the coffee crisp mcflurry is my all-time favorite flavor of mcflurry hands down!
