I am prone to living off of tuna pasta. This is one of my favourite recipies.

Tuna & Pesto Pasta

Per portion

- 50g of dried wholewheat pasta
-1 can of tuna
-30g of pesto (you can use more or less if you want, I'm just slightly addicted to pesto =] )
- 1-2 anchovies (opt.)
- side salad (opt.)

Just cook up the pasta in the pan as you normally would.

Put the pesto into a saucepan (add 1-2 anchovies also if you prefer a slightly saltier flavour, but allow them to heat through before adding the tuna) when the pasta has a few minutes left to go, and add the can of tuna. Keep stirring until the tuna breaks into little  pieces and mixes with the pesto. It only takes about 3 minutes usually. Then when it's all ready just drain the pasta, stir in the tuna pesto mix and yum. I usually have a small salad alongside to get my vegetables, but entirely optional. Hope you like :)

I like mixing fruit in mine, my latest creation was a large can of tuna, a nectarine, about 1 1/2 cups of quarted green grapes, 1/2 cup walnuts, and miracle whip. It made about 3 servings, and was about 180cals a serving.
when u make the tuna salad, you squeeze all the water out, right?
yeah

I like hard-boiled egg white pieces in mine.
I think, tuna, hard boiled egg whites, minced anchovies (in olive oil), cherry tomatoes, chopped green beans and some mixed greens = amazing!!! The dressing would come from the olive oil that the anchovies are packed in! (of course, unless you are making a BIG batch, don't use ALL the anchovies, because it might make it really salty!
giasbash described a salad nicoise, which was I was going to suggest!

I make a nummy tuna salad (good in wraps, on greens or with bread) that is sort of Japanese-style:

can tuna, drained
coupla tbsp low-fat mayo
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp wasabi powder
1 minced green onion
1 rib celery, chopped

Stir together in a bowl. This also works using fake crab, if you like California rolls. When I use the fake crab I like to add a little cuke and avocado, too.
I always just eat it mixed with mayo as a sandwich. My friend mixes the tuna with hardboiled eggs and mayo and a little bit of relish as a sandwich, that was good too, and really filling.
