Congrats congrats congrats! What a major achievement-- I bet you never guessed what -18 lbs would feel like?D Doesn't it feel lovely!
that is so awesome...
what was your routine and diet like through these five weeks...I could do with some guidance from a pro
...Great job again!!! Way to go!
Great job! Just think you lost most 2 - 9 lb bowling balls!
Since Jan 12 I have lost 28 lbs and still trying to work at it.
Continue with your great success.
That is awesome! Congrats and keep up the good work!
All I've been doing is watching the fat calories in whatever I eat plus making sure that the amount of total calories I eat don't go over 1200 for the day and watching the sugar (although probably not as much as I should) and trying to keep the sodium down. Drinking HUGE amounts of water. I'm the type of person that constantly has to have that hand to mouth action going which is why I over eat, so drinking water all day long helps ease that need. I'm purposely over doing the housework, finding anything I can do to accelerate the heart like raking leaves and mopping the floors (even when they don't need it) lol. Then I do home excersizes for as long as I can stand it. Basically just till you get that muscle burn. Doing all this helps ease the pressure/obligation on having to "workout". And of course logging everything on CC. I don't know what I would do without CC, it helps me stay focused and organized which is what I need and of course, last but not least the amount of support that friends here offer. We are all rooting for eachother. I feel as if we are trying to achieve something as a team, not just by ourselves and you know you can never let the team down. ![]()
You shouldn't be aiming for under 1,200 calories per day - you should make sure you don't get less than that. Otherwise you'll end up doing more harm than good.
Occasionally I may go over by 100- 150 but I really find any more than that is just too much food. I mean I'm eating things like salmon, flounder, chicken, rice, fruit, cereal, homemade vegetable soup (I'm an ametuer cook) so its really just in the way it is prepared and cooked...etc...and I have become dependent on Hagen daas chocolate sorbet for my chocolate fix during american Idol lol...no fat....a bit high in sugar but that is a big part of the sugar that I allow myself, I only have it twice a week, tuesdays and wednesday and a good part of the day I'm totally sedentary when there is nothing else to do so it balances out
Way to go! I am thrilled for you!![]()
That's exciting. Excellent job!
congrats'!!
Thanks for sharing how you did it! I love incoporating a little bit of everyone's tips.
that is so great...as your body adjusts, you may need to add a couple hundred calories...only if you get to a stall though. (opposite thinking of conventional thought I know) eat your way out of a plateau...
I am so happy for you, you are doing so great!
Congrat! Thats great!
I started 5 weeks ago. I've lost 10lbs as of today! YAY!
