"I can't control myself around..."
Yup, we all have those foods that never fail to tempt us! So, what foods do you guys love... but try to avoid because you know you'll binge on it DESPITE your attempt to "eat in moderation"?
For me it's:
cereal
watermelon
trail mix
cookies
ice cream
cheese

Gummie Candies.... ugh i know there are so bad but they are just so yummy.....
well lately i've been trying to go binge-free; i went for two-weeks without a binge, and then screwed it up last night. :(
whenever i'm in binge-mode, i usually can't control myself around cheese, bread or tortillas, cereal, ice cream (if it's around - which it usually isn't), and peanut butter.
That's easy.. nuts. Any nut, any shape, any preparation, shell-on, shell-off. I deliberately skirt round the aisle in the supermarket that sells the little darlings. Occasionally I treat myself to the smallest packet available ... and it has to be a small one because there will be no leftovers!
I'm fine around plain croissants. Couldn't care less about eating one. Nutella could sit on the counter all week and I won't give it a second glance.
But if the 2 are in the same room, oh man...I'll only have one (per day), but I'll think about them all day long. Italians have this kind of thing for breakfast every morning and yet somehow they still stay thin...
I'm also bad if there are chips in the pantry, I can eat almost an entire bag in one sitting.
Anything, once it's on my plate!
I have a plate-cleaning problem.
But seriously, if there is ice cream, candy, gum, or candied ginger anywhere around me, I will inhale it. I just don't buy them because I know they'll disappear right away- or I plan out my calories so I can eat that entire pint of Phish Food (which I do about once a week, haha) while still losing.
Carbs. Really. Anything "small to grab" thats in front of me, like gingerbread, plain cookies (not chocolatey or creamy), apples somewhat. And the worst - SPAGHETTI and PANCAKES.

Cheesecake!
hot cheesy pizza.... i can barely type it without wanting a slice.
Cereal. Can't eat a bowl without eating half the box.
Ice cream and sweet/salty things like chocolate covered pretzels. Ahhhh so good!
The worst ones...
cheesecake, or worse yet the pre-made chocolate cheesecake filling
Baked goods (been doing less baking)
Homemade bread (zero willpower with that even if it's whole wheat)
So I've been keeping those out of the house or making my recipes that include rolled oats because that batter you don't want to eat!
Had to go to the mini bags of popcorn otherwise I'd eat a whole one and pringles are my cheat treat because I can't just eat the serving size....can do a whole can in a sitting.
Oh my, well almost any desert. Cake, pie, brownies, cookies, ice cream and rice crispy treats for sure and the stupid freaking ho-ho's.
Mac and cheese and salt and vinegar chips.
pizza and chips? you are me!! and my boyfriend does the same thing, orders all this delicious unhealthy food (just for him! because he is so supportive.... right) and then only eats a small portion of it. so it would simply be a WASTE not to HELP him devour all the rest.....

Pizza & Sushi!
Cereal, for sure. I used to keep 3-4 boxes in my apartment, now I only have one and it is always healthy. It's still hard to beat those cravings though, and I could potentially eat a whole box.
Also, microwave popcorn. I have been using that low-calorie spray butter and adding cinnamon and splenda which is fine -- except I use a LOT of the spray butter so it ends up being not healthy at all.
Oh and I can resist baked goods (even though they're my ultimate fav) for the most part, but if I'm at a party or something and it's the right thing, watch out or I might eat 6 or 7 of whatever is there. Mmm cheesecake brownies....
