Yup, we all have those foods that never fail to tempt us! So, what foods do you guys love... but try to avoid because you know you'll binge on it DESPITE your attempt to "eat in moderation"?

 

For me it's:

cereal

watermelon

trail mix

cookies

ice cream

cheese

CEREAL!!

i dont eat much snacks and i pretty much have a control around food, not tempted by sweets and junkfood but omg. cereal is my total weakness! i love cereal and i can eat on one cup forever! plus their low cal so ..

"another cup wont make much difference..."

Birthday Cake

Pizza

Cupcakes

A pint of ice cream

Chicken Wings

Cereal

Cookies

Cocktail peanuts

Trail Mix

Chips (usually Pringles)

Cheese Doodles (crunchy kind)

Peanut Butter

Cheese with Crackers

Pretty much any chocolate candy WITH peanut butter

Peanut Brittle

Eek....if I don't start with one I'm fine or if I portion it out quickly and put the rest away I'm fine.

pizza icecream and candy but that went i get on a strick diet.

any type of sweets including cakes, pies, etc.

potatoes, peanut butter, bagels, cheese...

oh and certain candies/sweets like twizzlers or swedish berries

any kind of pizza

spaghetti (like 5 or 6 cups in a sitting! Ack!)

Fries (plain, or worse, chili fries)

nachos

birthday cake

homemade mac and cheese

GOSH, I feel less alone knowing I am not the ONLY one who LOVES cereal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have recovered from binge eating and the things that I binged on the most were;

whole jar's of peanut butter

cup fulls of macadamia and/or brazil nuts

Bowels of cereal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, any nut butter, macadamia or brazil nuts, and cereal are my yummy favourites, and therefore the foods I used to binge on.

 

- PEANUT BUTTER.

- frozen yogurt, ice cream treats (lately i've been eating two of those slim-a-bear ice cream sandwiches a day... full of preservatives EEP!)

- cereal.

- cheese and crackers!

- peanut butter is my ultimate weakness, just the smell of it makes me go crazy!

- chex mix (the peanut lovers kind of course)

- cool whip (it tastes just like ice cream to me!)

- any kind of chocolate, especially chocolate chips

- cashews and almond

red grapes....no kidding i eat them like its my job. when theyre in the house no one else touches them bcuz they know i love them so much lol. i eat them legit by the bag

Cheese pizza

Salty snacks

Cheese

Juice

Sherbet

Cheese

Buffalo Wings (gave up meat though)

Cold chicken (gave up)

I've got a pretty good willpower though, I'd never go over my calorie intake if I could help it.

I definitely have some foods I have to watch out for...

Peanut butter, cereal, tortilla chips, ice cream, wheat thinsred velvet cake and carrot cake (love cream cheese frosting!) and the list goes on...

I find it's better not to buy the foods and try to eat them in moderation...cause once I start I can't stop!

Fast food. My girls love McDonalds and my husband takes them once a week as a treat. Problem is I love double cheeseburgers. I have recently found that I do enjoy their asian salads but only a handful of McDonalds actually carries them. Pizza is hard to resist as well. I just need to stay home instead of going w/ the rest of the family!

I am so glad someone else does this! I go for the FroYo versions of the ice cream, or the sortbet, but seriously, I will plan to be "allowed" to have the whole thing if I want. The last couple times I've planned for this I found myself not wanting the whole thing, so I stopped eating, which was huge for me. Anyway, yeah, so glad to know you do it, too. :)

My biggest temptation food is crackers - I will seriously eat the whole sleeve, box, package in one sitting. I deliberately do not buy crackers of any sort anymore and, surprisingly, I haven't missed them. But I know that if I were to buy them, that's it, calorie count BLOWN for the whole day!

CEREAL! ugh. i ate TWO BOXES of shredded wheat in a day. who does that!!?!? jeez. i dont keep it in the house anymore lol

oh yeah how can i forget cereal? I dont even keep it in my house anymore because i cannot stop at one bowl. i usually end up eating at least half the box!

  • Doritos
  • Popcorn from the movies
  • Whoppers (Chocolate covered maltballs)
  • Homemade spaghetti sauce with vegetables
  • French fries
  • Grapes (I'll eat like 5 cups of grapes in 1 minute! :P)
  • White rice
  • Chicken wings
  • Bread sticks
  • Biscuits
  • Crutons
  • Pepsi (Used to drink atleast 10 cans a day)

peanut butter.
I've finally accepted the fact that I just can't buy it anymore. breaks my heart, but I literally cannot stop eating it.
