what should i do? i can't decide!
You look young. How old are you and what's your height and weight? You should up your calories to 1,600-1,700 (or more depending on your current height and weight.)
i'll be 17 in two days. im 5'1 and i weigh 115 pounds. i'd just like a flatter stomach and would love to be 110 but im content with the 115.
Well, working out is about the health & fitness benefits - not necessarily about weight loss. Sounds like you are bored with your current routine? How about finding something that you enjoy, like a sport, and getting involved in that? That way you can stay active and actually look forward to your exercise -- and stay healthy & fit to boot! :)
Eek, yes you need to at least eat 1,500. I'm slightly bigger than you (19 years old, 5'2, 122 lbs) and I hardly exercise (I just dance when hyper or walk to run errands once in a while) and I've been losing 1 pound per week due to this.
I think since you are pushing so hard and eating so little your body is trying to rebel. Either eat more or tone down the workout or else things might go down hill.
how much do you eat per day?
Usually 1,350 to 1,500. Sometimes I go over by a few but I don't freak, I call it a maintenance day and move on. When I have a laid back positive attitude things are easier, last year when I dieted I was too bummed and strict and I ended up gaining.
so that's your weight loss amount?
I started at 132 mid-June.
So ten pounds so far.
It's been a consistant rate of 1 pounds per week so I'm hoping to hit 117 by the first week of September.
congratulations (: is 117 your goal?
Sort of.
My problem area is my tummy... I'm a rectangle shaped (Like Hilary Duff) so all my weight ends up on my belly and arms. If I look good at 117 I'll stay there, if not I'll try to lose another 5 pounds or so.
yeah my stomach is my problem area also.

Figure out what type of eater you are and you might just find the answer to permanent weight loss.
