what foods can you just not bare to eat anymore?
whether you've binged on them to death, or you've just eaten them SO often that you can't look at them anymore, or you had a bad experience with them, or whatever.. just list them for fun.
mine are:
- frosted mini-wheats
- crackers
- pasta
- cereal
- bread
- tortillas
- cake
- cake icing
- jam/fruit spread
- candy
- nuts
- carrots
- all citrus fruit and fruit juices
- chocolate bars
- pop-tarts
- i'm even starting to burn-out on ice cream :|
Reason: Released as sticky
- s'more ritz bits
- romaine and iceberg lettuces...I can't stand the watery texture
- marshmallow fluff
- couldn't eat Oreo's for years, but after a 5 year break I can appreciate their goodness!
- hfcs pop, especially Mountain Dew
- Jiffy Mix Corn Muffins
- soy nuts
Ugh! ANY form of nut and nut butter! YUCK!
Most of these I've binged to death
- All-bran 57%. I tend to binge on cereals, so I bought this thinking "Dude, that's a WHOLE LOT of fiber, there's no way I'll over eat :) Aren't I clever?" ...Six bowls later, I hadn't left the toilet for 45 minutes :(
- Muffins
- My low-fat low-cal brownie recipe
- Monster lo carb
- Any chocolate bar
- Bread. Just a frickin' loaf of bread -.-
- Oatmeal. The plain kind, too -.-
- Brownies
- Pepridge Farm Cookies
- Peanut butter
- Pecans
- Walnuts
Cheetos puffs, only the puffs the crispy ones are still heaven
Chili Cheese Fritos
Hawaiian style teriyaki chicken
Burnt out on canned pumpkin though I know it'll be in the rotation again in a few months.
Eggplant, same as with the pumpkin.
Anything greasy... it totally icks me out now. >_<
But otherwise... I love food!
anything from a fast food restaurant. Too many greasy late night food craving a few years back. I'm totally turned off from anything that comes from them. I know there are healthier choices at fast food restaurants now but I would rather take it all out of my diet.

- strawberry--for now at least.
- chocolate chip cookie from the dining hall...such a blah waste. yuck
- salted nuts. i love nuts, but the salt is gross anymore.
- yogurt pretzels
theres a bunch...after a while you just realize what a waste some things are. blahh yuck

- peanut butter (eh, sometimes anyway)

- cake frosting - I've never actually binged it, but eating more than a small mouthful makes me sick

McDonalds, KFC, Burger King, Pizza Hut... fast food. I admit, I still love the smells, but when I do actually eat a chip or have a bite of something from them it tastes awful.
Poptarts.
Bread. I had a thing for toast for a long while.
Stuffed pasta (ravioli). See above.
Chicken. Okay, I can eat this, but I... again, had this big long phase of eating chicken in various forms over a long period of time and started going off it. Only in the past year and a bit has it crept back into my diet.
Apples. Blegh.
Pizza pops... i threw up eating them once...never again....
Pop Tarts..... just sugar...ew
im getting sick of protein shakes too :(

apples... i ate a HUGE apple every single day for like 1.5 yrs when i was anorexic(now recovering) i never want to have to eat one plain again bleh... some other fruits soo

most bread/potato/anything starchy
plain salads or meals of salad(even tho you can mae em like 1000 cals in a sitting, its still a salad)
anything fake or not REAL food
- pears (used to binge on them)
- chips (the thought of the ingredients just makes me tempted to vomit)
- both diet and regular sodas (ew, the bloated feeling afterwards... just horrible)
That's about it, actually. I LOVE FOOD! <3
when i was in the most restrictive part of my eating disorder, i only ate plain salad. now, i can't eat salad or lettuce.
