can't exercise...
So I go to a dermatologist for acne, and since my dad recently found out he had melanoma, we've all been on the look out for scary spots...well I had one and I had to have a biopsy on my leg. I don't think I'll be able to work out for about a week and half when the stitches come out. I wish that the fear of cancer wasn't accompanying my excuse for not working out!
You guys think it would be a bad idea though? The spot is on the back of my knee, and I'm afraid it will stretch it out or something...I don't know...maybe I could work out. I think just to be safe I shouldn't though until the stitches come out. And if we find out it's cancer then I will have to have surgery, and then I REALLY won't be able to work out. My dad had his lymph node removed and he can hardly walk (he had to have a skin graft and everything) but I don't think my lymph node would have to be removed because my mole was very small. It probably wasn't cancer...my dermatologist said it didn't look bad, but she'd rather be safe than sorry so the pathologist is testing it.
Sorry that this was kinda too much information--and it kind of strayed off the exercise subject. I'm just a little stressed!
