I know I shouldnt have, But I had a pick and mix today - just a few sweets, but Im panicking because I cant find out how many calories are in strawberry sour sticks, or sweets like haribo.

I don't know what the strawberry sour candies you mentioned are, but you can look up Haribo sweets at: http://caloriecount.about.com/haribo-nutritio n-m555

When I can't find this info, I just google +["food name"] +"calories" and add the data myself.

Eventuallyparallel beat me to it!

Also, you can try going to the manufacturer's website, if you know the manufacturer.  Most of the time these days they will have the nutrition info posted somewhere, or you could send them an e-mail requesting it.

If you know how many grams you had, my shortcut for junk food calories I can't find anywhere is to multiply the grams by 5 to get calories.  It works pretty well for things like crisps, pretzels, chocolate bars, etc.

Alternately, just look up something similar in the data base.  I know it has gummy bears and dolly mixtures.  Most sweets from the pick and mix are similar to one or the other of those.
