5 months ago, I weighed 140 pounds. I am 5'8, and although it was considered average, I wasn't happy with my appearance. I was able to lose 15 pounds, and for the past 4 months, have been able to keep off any extra weight. I just started watching what I eat instead of whatever I feel like, and ended up weighing about 125.
NOW, however, I want to lose 10 more pounds...but can't! No matter how hard I try, I can't lose 10 more pounds! the 15 was easy, but this? This is impossible. I can't get any lower!
Help me weigh 115 pounds!
You are already slightly underweight. I don't think anyone is going to help you lower it to what would be classed as very underweight.
If you are unhappy with your appearance, building some muscle might be exactly what you are looking for-- ie, a sleek, firm body.
It sounds like you are doing fantastic! Good job! Why not try some strength training. It will tone your body and make you look better. Just a few times a week for 10 min. will make a difference.

You are at the perfect weight for your height. It scares me that you want to go lower. According the my doctor you are already at the bottom line. If you body does not look like what you want-concentrate on toning. Please do not lose any more.
Whyyy would you want to lose 10 more pounds? Is that anna barbie your goal? 'cuz that's where you're heading. Your body knows better than you and is trying to hold onto the already-underweight weight that you have.
Hun, all i can say is, your body is were it wants to be. once you hit a certain weight your body just wont change..... i was in the same position as you and i just HAD to loose those last few pounds..... well long story short, i ended up not losing it in a healthy way and i ended up gaining ALL 25 pounds that i had lost. Just trust your body, and I know that the media says that we should be a size 0 but some of us are just not suppose to be that way. When you love your body, sometimes the weight starts to just fall off, not to mention you will be soooo much happier.
