I can't get motivated to work out... buddies? Pre-New Year's Resolution!

I can NOT make myself work out.  I want to, and then I'm like, hahaha no!  Let's sit on our lazy bum all day instead!  Anyway, I really need some motivation to get my blood moving, so I wonder if anyone else has the same problem?  I would like to start a healthy weight-loss and exercise group if anyone wants to join.

I'd like to work out 5 days a week and obviously continue with a healthy calorie deficit.  Doesn't matter what kind of exercise, I just need to do some.  The only exercise I get is walking to class... which isn't very much.  Sometimes I walk around campus for exercise but it's gotten so cold that I need to be motivated to do some exercise indoors.  So if anyone wants to join me in my quest, I need some buddies!

I'd like to have the group be working out around 4-7 days a week, though obviously anything is better than nothing.  This will be my pre-New Year's thing, so where ever you want to be by then, make that your goal!
