Cant possibly eat 5 or 6 meals a day - Suggestions??

I am currently working as a server in a very busy restaurant/bar. We are not permitted to take food breaks during the busy period,which is between 11 am and 5 pm on lunch, or 5 pm to 12 pm on nights.

I eat breakfast around 7 am, have a snack before I start work, but I can't eat again until I get home around 6 pm. Working the night shift, it's a little easier to fit my calorie needs in before I go to work and then just have a light snack before bed.

I will soon be finishing Stage 1 and trying to lose 10-15 lbs at the same time. The rest of you ladies seem to have a better handle on the program than I do...any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I really don't think the metabolism changes of eating 5 meals a day is really that big.  Just eat healthy balanced meals when you can every day and try to hit your target calories and macros!  Maybe have lunch before work instead of a snack.

I think there was even an article on yahoo today saying that eating that many times a day helps to lose weight being a myth.... the metabolism increase you get is way too minimal to be of benefit to weight loss.

You should be fine!
