I cant seem to find enough food to eat! Need help upping my calorie intake
Hey guys I'm new here. First off i'll start with how much i generally exercise.
I play ultimate frisbee twice a week (Sunday, Tuesday) for about 120 - 180 hours per session.
I run 2 miles 3 times a week
I do about 45 minutes of strength training twice a week (Upper body)
I do an ab routine for about 30 minutes three times a week.
I'm 6 Feet 4 Inches and weigh in at 220 pounds. The calorie counter on this site and many others suggest around 2800 calories per day... Thats ALOT of food.
Typically I'll eat some cereal for breakfast(2 or 3 bowls) and as i go off to class i pack a Chewy Quaker bar or two. Then i go to the campus dining hall and eat some rice + fish and maybe throw in a slice of pizza. For dinner i generally eat some Chunky Soup. and throughout the day i may eat a cup of apple sauce or so.
Using the tools provided, thats not even close to what i should be taking in daily and for my exercise level.
If theres anything you guys can suggest that would be great!
