i cant seem to go lower then 190 pounds...my height 5'10

Myabe you gained some muscle along with the lost of the body fat. Since muscle weighs much more than fat it'll be like you lost no weight een tho you lost some fat.

Muscle does have alot to do with it. I would change your routiene around a little.

I would say alongside the scale you should do measurements and get a scale that measures body fat percentage. This morning I weighed myself and it said i gained half a pound from last week but then my body fat percentage was the same as last week which means i either have some added water weight, or even better, I gained half a pound of muscle. If you look at your weight this way I makes weight fluctuations easier to deal with without getting discouraged.

 

Just keep up the good work don't worry about what the scale says, if your eating your correct calorie defecit you will lose fat eventually.

No i was at 190 went to 184 now im at 162 and now is when all my weight from my belly is almost all gone for most not all guys like my self it's the last fat to go so you will lose it else where and the belly fat will be last. stick to it when you see your six showing you will smile.

hey guys so far so good thank you everyone for responding to my threads all your input has been very helpful :D.

it seems to me that i might have hit a plateau but i am currently weighing about 185-188 pounds not sure cant really get an accurate weight because when i do weigh myself it is usually at the gym while im drinking excessive amounts of water to keep up with my constant working out (and sweating like a piggy problem).

On the plus side though i have noticed my midsection slowly shrinking still alot of loose skin but it is a work in progress again thank you all
