Cant seem to get motivated

I have been trying to diet since about April and I have not had much support or success for that matter at losing any weight. I am a busy single mom, full time student and full time employee and with all thats going on in my life dieting doesnt been to take priority. I hate how much weigh I have gained since my daughter was born and really want to become serious about losing weight and getting back down to my ideal size. Is there anyone going through the same thing o thinks they can help?

I don't have kids but i do have a very demanding job that takes up much of my time so i understand where you are coming from. Start by changing your diet. Go to the supermarket and buy healthy stuff for each meal. Once you start eating healthy and cutting junk out your diet you will feel much better! After a week or two of eating healthy im sure you will get inspired to start working out a bit. If you are locked for time why not get one of those 10 minute workout videos. I have a few of them. If you work out for 10 minutes every day its a start, and better then doing nothing!

Thank you so much for your input. Its good to know someone knows how it is to be busy all the time. If I may ask what recipes have you found that are healthy and quick to prepare?

What motivates me is i want to be around when my kids get older.  I dont want to die young.
