I Can't Stop Binging

Quote  |  Reply

2416 calories. I maintain on 1760.

Every day it's been either maintenance, or I go over by almost 1000. It's not on any particular food, either, I just keep on eating and never seem to be full.

I guess the culprit today was fruit, nuts, and vegetables from a chinese restaurant. I get plenty of protein and fats through out the day... is it just that time of year? If so, what the heck do I do to stop this?!

1760 would be a weight-loss amount for most reasonably active young people.  1800 is a bare minimum intake.  2300-2400 would be a pretty normal maintenance level for anyone that's reasonably active or who is still growing.   It's entirely possible that you're not 'bingeing' (which is quite a negative, emotive word) .... just naturally eating more because you're hungry.
