Could it be your are bored?  I tend to graze and eat "mindlessly" when I am bored, and soemtimes it takes me a bit to figure out that I am looking for something to do and filling this need with food.  Don't be so hard on yourself-you are doing great-think baby steps.  I had a grazing day this afternoon as well-if you can call 2 lemon cupcakes and a piece of banana bread "grazing". I'm not going to beat myself up, tomorrow is a new day.  Keep up the good work!

Are you really hungry?  If so, it might be because of your TOM or maybe your body needs some kind of nutrient it hasn't gotten yet today.

If you're not hungry, then leave the house to get away from the food!

sometimes there is a bad couple of days around ones TOM. sometime it starts before, sometimes after, and sometimes its controllable and sometimes one just has to be away from food(it does not stop but at least one is not annoyed all day by the urge to nibble. You might as well get a handle on it now. Possibly you are a bit Iron deficient. I found it worse during the time I became anemic -over several years- by the time I got it checked I was so low it was close to transfusion time. Once I started on Iron supplements -about a week ever month to ensure I did not get that low a Hgb again.   I was down to a Hgb of 7.7 (7 and lower would be a cause for transfusion for ill people who chronicly cannot produce a healthy supply of blood) It took about 2 months of slow release Iron pills to bring my Hgb up to13.(low normal for my age and gender being around 12.5) So I figure about a week of supplements a month to counteract my heavy periods would be enough.  Try some high Iron vitamin pills every two or three days for a couple of months to see if it will have any affect on your bad case of nibblies.  If you find your self more energetic-never always tired and feeling you are always "pushing" yourself, it may be you are too much on an anemic, iron deficient diet for your bodies needs.

maybe your body wants a certain thing & you will be hungry until it gets it.  unless it's just that you have been so good & you are missing all these foods so bad & really, really want them.  so tomorrow is another day  :D  go for it!!!  and get it out of your system!!!

just a little though...
