Why can't I stop eating over my calories?
Hi, since I realised I needed to eat more because of the exercise I do, (from 1300-1800) I just cannot stay with the 1600 for the day!!
Some days like every 2 or 3 I can even eat over 2000!!! I should really be in 1500-1600.
How can I control it?

How many calories do you burn while exercising?
Hi Tashbaz,
I checked out your profile. A friend of mine is from South Africa, he surfed as an amateur, surfed in contests and was earning points. We've worked on many ASP television shows together. I've known two guys from SA, both have literally been saints - great people - evidently you have a nice country going on over there, at least by the two guys I know.
Regarding your question - carbs are addicting. I wonder how many you're eating each day? I'm 5'10" 171 currently, and can easily be full with 1500 calories a day, so I'd check out the carbs because they may be messing with the desire to eat.
You should have no more than 500 kcal difference between what you eat and what you burn. Depending on what exercise you do, you might have to eat well over 2000 kcal. I do triathlons, and some of my workouts burn 1000 kcal. Those days i eat 1000+1300= 2300 kcal. 1300 is my daily allowance if I'm "sedetary" and don't do any exercise.
Cecilyb03/Hemma: CC calculations for similar workout to what I do averages as I sometimes do 15min workout or 45min so between 145-434.
Red: I do eat carbs in my diet, can't think of it without them.... So are they that bad, that they could be doing it?
Thanks for the reply's!

I am totally in the same boat. I really want to eat less 1600 max, but I am still soooo hungry that I can't even sleep at the end of the night because I'm just too hungry. I don't have many simple carbs in my diet so it can't be that I'm addicted to carbs. If you find any solutions pleeaasse let me know. I've tried hoodia supplements but that doesn't work at all either.
