Find something to occupy your mind....
vent each and every worry here...thats what I do...and while I'm busy typing I can't eat very well :-)
Have you given up the junky food in your life? Because they will make you crave more junky food. In the beginning it's hard but after a week or two it gets much easier. Try to fill your thoughts with how wonderful you are going to look as begin to reach your goal.
There is a saying -
"Nothing tastes better then slim feels"
I think it is true. Be strong and start eating healthy foods like fruits and veggies. Pretty soon you'll start to crave those. And then it will be a good thing.

Now that I'm watching what I eat and counting calories, I also think about food constantly!!! But I guess we have to because we've always got to plan plan plan!
I went to the mall today and saw the "Auntie Anne's" soft pretzel store that I love! I didn't get one but I thought to myself " I miss those pretzels....but I don't miss my huge butt! " made me laugh.

oh! another saying that helps me;
"a moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips."
it's very depressing,
but it does help sometimes :]
Are you getting enough calories? Are you eating clean/balanced and drinking enough water. If not that could be why you are thinking about food. If you are not properly nourished that can happen.
