I was feeling great this month. and yesterday was my weigh in and mesure day. This month I lost 6.5 pounds! ROCK ON! But, I also lost 6.5 Inches... HOW IN THE HECK! I checked this 50 times! each pound i lost was a inch of fat? does that like mean, i tottaly figured out my body? I got the math... cause I am working out, not loosing muscle.. i feel insanely good. my face is thiner. and lots of other things... But how did it fall off so even?
SO now, my grand totals. GET READY . I am down 48 pounds. and I am down 33 1/2 inches! GOSH! That is ALLOT! WOH. I wasnt going to post anything like this. But after this month I just had to. I am inspiring myself so much!

That is amazing...congrats are definetley in order...you should psot some before and current pictures for others for motivation!! How long has it taken you?

i have photos of before, just look in my photos, my before was september 05. i was 260. and am now 212. I will look for more before pictures... there is one of me with my hubby, LOOK AT MY FACE!!! my face is like a new person, i am young again!!!

I have a goal of 140, but am going to try to get to 130. unless I am just way to tone by then, then i will settle for 140. I am muscley! so i think it might be immpossible to get to 130.. BUT I AM STILL GOING TO TRY. I am not sure what size to hope for. anything single digits would rock... 6 sounds amazing, but unlikely. so i am shooting for 8/9. if i get smaller, YAY, but if not, HEY not bad! heheh thanks for the support! YOU GUYS ROCK!

I confess, I haven't been measuring but then I have only lost around 7#.

I just kept adding it up over and over, and couldnt belive it was right!
my diet plan.... umm.. I eat healthy food mostly and stay within my cal range. I change my cals each day, i up them by 200-300 more when i work out. i have been working out 3 days a week. anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 hours, depending on my energy level. i dont do the 50/25/25 or what ever thing. I should.. but i dont. I cant log my food online, cause i pay per minute. so i keep a daily spread sheet and I downloaded Food File. it helps me allot, i can look up any food and find it there. I am so happy I am making progress.... I am trying so hard, eating so healthy, and injoying life for the first time!
i loose so even on my body! like hips , waist and chest ban (right bellow boobies) i lost 1 inch on each this month. 1, 1, and 1. wow.. even... 1/2 inch on each thigh, 1/2 inch on each calve and 1/2 inch on each upper arm.... ohh. the only odd ball was 1/4 a inch on each forarm. But still. look at that... completly even on my body parts.
