Cap lock nut job
Im having one of those day again
wHERE I TYPE LIKE THIS
It can be going fine until i GET TO AN "I" and then it all goes pear shaped. I have it ingrained into me in school that an "I" had to be capital if you know what I mean.
sometimes it hPPENS WITH AN A TOO. But when it dose I tend to miss the "a" out completly and just hit the cap lock button hence the spelling of the word happen.
Am I the only one who dose this, IS THERE A SUPPORT GROUP OUT THERE FOR CAP LOCK SCREW UPS. aRRG LOOK IM DOING IT AGAIN I will leave it this time to illustrate my point.
erm sorry for all the typos guys.
Dammit, I was hoping this might be a good opportunity to use my favorite capslock picture. $#@#$
I think she means hitting the caps lock when trying to hit the A key, since they are beside each other. Though I don't know how that happens with 'I'.
Practice looking at the screen while typing, then you see your mistakes right away.

haha awesome.
that is all.
I've never had a horrible caps lock experience until I started working here. Everything is done in caps and so the caps is always left on. There's been a few messages sent in all caps. :\
A dude in my guild one day had his caps lock key break on him and he was stuck in caps lock land.
During the entire raid he was all caps. Damn annoying. We thought he was kidding at first, but since he wasn't spamming chat with messages, we realized that he had actually killed his caps lock key. And for the rest of the raid, every once-in-a-while, an all caps message would float across the screen.
He was fine once he rebooted, but that wasn't until the next day.
im on a laptop and sometimes I hit the caps button when reaching for the A (sunk buttons its a easy mistake). and I was also taught to have a capitol I when refering to yourself but I use the shift button.
I've really never heard of people using caps lock to capitalize one letter. What do they think shift key is for?
Ha ha I like the title of your post - cap lock nut job he he! When my kids - toddlers - have been at the computer then I also get caps lock on, num lock off (which I find out the hard way when logging into banks etc. and if I send a document to print, and leave the room, I come back to a pile of kiddy pictures using up all the ink with my doc. in the back of the queue. The other day they managed to turn my whole screen upside down - so even the mouse movements were reversed as well (very tricky), took me ages to sort that out!
Hey I forgot I posted this, my bf laugths at me for using the caplock key instead of the shift In face I never realised it was an alernative, started using it as an alternative to the cap key its kind of like getting used to the aero view on vista and remebering to actualy use it.
Wow I now feel quite dumb for even posting this. I use the shift key like mad in photoshop as it seems to have a use for everything I guess I just picked it up in school as I was taugth to use that way and thought it was normal.

My boss uses the caps lock key, too. It's like, "Dude, just hold down the shift key!" It takes less time than tapping the caps lock, hitting your key, and tapping the caps lock again.

At least your boss turns off caps lock, my old boss sent every single email in full caps.
