I've been looking around but can't seem to find a specific answer. I'm 5' 175 lbs, goal weight is 120-130, and I would like to try to balance carbs and calories for a better diet than just watching calories alone.

Here is a good link on that subject. I was looking for the exact same info as you this morning. I have been stuck on a plateau and thought reducing carbs might help.
