Your sodium is very high. I try to go 1500--2400, and 2400 is high I think. I'd up your protein (eat more chicken, tuna, cottage cheese) and come down a bit on the fat, 25/25... make sense?

But no worries, just move up and on, right??

This is just my opinion.... Your fiber looks GREAT!
lefecious lay off the salt a litte...lol...you should try to consume no more than 2400mg of salt per day.

As far as your anaylsis goes, try to do 45 % carbs, 30% proteins and no more than 20 % fats...as far as the grams goes no more than 200gms of carbs, no more than 50gms of proteins and no more than 30g of fat. ...

I also leanred that unless you're working out like crazy its hard ot be on a high carb low protein diet..try to eat more unprocesses fruties and vegetables.. it helps a lot...

and make breakfast a good meal and eat between so keep your metabolism going.
I also depends on how much weight you'er trying to lose also..what is your goal?
Breakfast is the way to go, I agree Rahana. Today I had an english muffin slathered with laughing cow cheese and 4 slices of turkey, protein and filling! Then you are less likely to snack before lunch, but won't feel guilty doing so. I eat so much fruit I'm always in the bathroom... all that added water to what I'm already drinking!
Definitely increase your protein by eating eggs, lowfat dairy products, fish, chicken, turkey, lean red meat, etc.  If you do that and keep your daily calorie intake at the same level your carb and fat ratio's will go down to the better %'s.
Wow good thing I asked.  I had no idea my sodium was high.  This is my first time counting calories, so I think I got so caught up in counting calorie intake that I neglected to look at the other things.

I started at 206 on Monday 5/22, and today I'm at 203.  I know you're only supposed to lose 2 lbs per week but that extra pound may be water weight variation.  My goal is to get to 190 by July 17.  My long term goal is to get to 170 and stay there.

Apparently I burn 2400 calories per day, and to reach my goal I need to stay under 1650.

Now I'm concerned about the sodium though.  I guess I'll go back and look at what I've been eating to try to find where all that salt is coming from.

Is sodium that bad for you?  What does it do?  I know it makes you retain water but is that really that bad?
lefecious you have no idea...there are a tons of posts you can read that we posted on sodiumm..i will see if i cant find them for you ..
