carbs/fat/proteins
What are the percentages of every type of calorie you're supposed to consume?
I can see the days I get an A i have about 50% of carbohydrates, but I'd like to start planning in advance my meals, so how do i know a meal will be within the correct range?
carbs: 50%?
fats?
proteins?
It really depends on your body, my body personally seems to really like 40/40/20, I feel the best and seem to gain/lose (gain muscle/lose fat) the best at this ratio...
You'll probably have to figure out what your body responds to best (really a pain in the ass I know :()
I don't trust the grading system too much. And it has nothing to do with carbs, it's based on the vitamins, but not all logged foods have all the vitamins info, so they wind up showing a bad grade.
Example, Bumble Bee Pink Salmon Skinless & Boneless in Water, great protein and good fats give me a D-
BUMBLE BEE Tiny Shrimp gives me an F Planters Mixed Nuts Peanuts, Cashews, Almonds, Brazil, Hazelnuts & Pecans a C, please, they're nuts, great for your health
Nutella Ferrero is a D? Haagen Dasz Baileys Ice Cream D, both super high in fat
you know what I mean?
Thank you, I think i'll start with 40/40/20 I think.
I would give Nutella an A for deliciousness....(fatty, i know!)
