Cardio exercises while gaining weight?
When you guys to the gym.. do you have a short run on the treadmill or do any form of cardio?
Thing is i always run.. when i go to uni.. come from uni.. go to work.. come from work.. up and down around the house lol
and i know cardio is not meant for weight gain
thats why im only doing 10 minutes max on a treadmill when i drive to gym
when i run to gym.. i go straight to weights
does the 10 minutes still restrict my gain weight?

Yes it only cuts back on the weight gain so
1. You either dont gain and maintain
or
2. Depending on how many calories you are intaking daily you will be losing,
So make sure you eat back the calories you burn off when you do cardio
