I'm starting a new job and I normally do cardio 5 days a week yet with my new job I won't have as much time. If I just decrease my calorie intake will I stay at the same weight??

time will tell. Do as much as you can since the benefits for cardio are much more than just weight control. Even taking a walk at lunch in addition to the cardio you can fit in is better than nothing, yes?
