Why is it that everytime I finish up with cardio I feel like my stomach is doing summersaults? I have tried not eating too much before I go, then eating more and I just don't know why it keeps happening.
I know this is a late reply, but if this is still happening with you, I suggest you tell your doctor. I try to not go to the gym until I've waited at least an hour after eating.
hey when do you work out? usally for me if I go in the moring i do breakfast at 8 or 9 hit the gym like 10.30ish i would just eat 2 or 1 egg white and a cup of oatmeal.
if i go afternoon like around 5 or 6 i don't eat. i eat after the gym some protein startches or greens. biggest mistake is to go over board after a workout believe me i've done it.
hey and the only time i go bloated to the gym is when i'm going to do heavy lifting, your body gets use to it after a while. for cardio i wait like 1 to 2 hours food needs to get digested, or just take some whey protein and make a shake with fruits it's recomended to wait at least 30 to 45 mins.
