Care to take a challenge!!!
I wanted to do a little something different today. Yesterday Salome drank (salome I hope you're not mad I am using you as an example) 2.5 litres of water in the early afternoon. I commented on her blog about me drinking 4 so far. Well I THINK she took that as some motivation because as of last night she had 4 litres. Yey to Salome
SO I thought that maybe we could motivate some one person to accomplish something today. Whether it be drink 5 litres of water, do an extra 20 crunches, eat another 2 peaches today, walk an extra half a mile,keep fat below 20%, etc. Whatever it may be. Pick one person an give them that goal. It's going to be kind of tough because some 2 people might pick the same person. But if you let me know I can add it on the first post.
these 2 people can then motivate their other partner to do something extra that day that will benefit them. If no one like my idea, well Erik please delete. IF you do then we can get going.
UPDATED: dO not tell us the goals they want to set for themselves. Just where they are now and let US set the goals. How do you eat? How much/little? How much do you drink? Exercise? How many free days do you give yourself?

Right now, I don't log in either my food or exercise, so I have no idea what my grades are. Typically, I think I'm eating under 2,000 calories, though (Based on about a week's worth of logging in my food and awareness of what I'm eating.)
I typically drink ALOT of water.. not sure how much, but my bottle does have measures on it, so I can measure.
I'm currently joggine one day (11.5 minutes, right now, at a very slow jog) and DDR'ing another with one or two "rest days" a week.
What else? What else makes a good challenge?

Weather is supposed to be quite decent today and thru the weekend. Low humidity, a little wind, and temps around 78.
Only thing I have planned is work today and tomorrow, and Saturday we're going out to the pub for music and drinks.

Ok I have a hard time staying below 1900 calories mostly because I have a couple drinks in the evening with hubby and then start on chip & dip.
I don't like to exercise.
I struggle drinking 4 Liters a day of water.
Other than that I am a wonderful person :)

hit me baby! Give me your best shot! I drink 80-90oz a day and do some form of cardio at least 30mins 4 times a week, either a Jillian Michaels dvd or running. The days I dont do the cardio I do 30mins of abs and arms. I am in the process of uping my calories from 1200 to 1400.
Count me in. I could definetly use a challange.I need to get back on track staying under 1400 calories a day.
8 people so far. Look at the top and see who you're paired with. Make sure you know a little about the person's wate intake, exercise, daily life before you challenge them.
I think Aquade and I will work great together and keep each other on our toes :) Shes my girl!
