Care to give measurements??
I am 49-48-51 but i have come a long way since 2006!! i was 50-52-53 back then and 272 pounds!! Now i am 49-48-51!! I weigh 250 now. I was going to curves back then when i was heavier. I dont go to curves anymore. I know it's not that great of an achievement but i am losing inches!! :) I guess you would call me an apple shape?? I would love to be more proportionate!! I would love to be able to buy skinny jeans and actually look good in them. Its so funny catalogs all think fat people are all big in all areas!! I am not very proportinate!! I wear bigger tops than pants. Is anyone here like that?? I am slowly losing i guess they say you will keep it off longer this way??

My measurements are very different. I think from everyone else.
I'm a pure shortie- 5'0 even, and a pear.
March of 07 I was 226 pounds, and now I am 166lbs as of last week. Lost 60lbs..
My measurements are... 36D-30.5-45
Bust use to be 40 now 36D
Wasit use to be 39.5 now 30.5
Hip to Hip use to be 53.5 now 45
My tights use to be 34.5 now they are 27.5. I had to do a lot of walking and leg press to get them here....

Apple has a lot of muscle mass in there legs.. I work out with a apple on wed., and she said that she's always had the fat up top, and no fat no where on the bottom.
I just took my measurements for the first time in a long time.. so I am going off what I believe my wedding dress measurements were back in Sep. when I ordered my dress:
Bust: Was, 37-38... now 34 1/2 (went from a D-DD to a 34C)
Waist: Was, 31ish... now 28.5 (dying for it to be 25-26)
Hips: Was 40ish... now 37.5
That is since September but I know I gained weight between then and when I started CCing. When I began this it was end of March and I was 5'2 146-148, now I am 5'2 135... 10 more pounds to go!
I have no clue what my measurements were, but I'm now at 34-27.5-38. But I'm officially down from 155lbs in january to 145, but i'm down from my heaviest at 166lbs. I'm 5'7", and pretty muscular, my thighs are 21" and my arms are 10". My body fat is 20-21% and i'm convinced my hair weighs 10lbs all by itself (its past my waist)
Which is down from a 55 inch waist.
Geez I'm so big compared to you other ladies my same weight. :(

i'm 5'9" 270 lbs very large bone structure.
measurements 53-44-54.
i don't know if this is true for everyone else, but my measurements don't work with the sizing charts. most stores say i should wear a 26 or 28, but all my clothes are 20 or 22, and i tend to wear my clothes baggy!

I'm 6'1" and used to be 329lbs and 53-46-54
Im currently 260lbs and 47-40-49 with a 25 inch thigh and 14 inch calf (I'm well stretched out!) and a UK size 20 ( I think that may be a US 16 or 18). I have gone from a 42 G to a 40 E which is still big, but not really out of proportion.
I totally agree with you wellman, my measurements do not correspond with my clothes size, and each shop is different too. I can vary between at least 3 sizes!

i dont know if i really count, but i did lose about 10 lb...not much but i feel better and look better and im happy :)
im 34.5-26-35.5 (or 36 i dont know)
im 5'6.5" 126lb.
but im a teen so i should weigh around her or a little less.

As far as the other stuff goes, my biceps are 8.5" (I only know that because I have difficulty with those automatic blood pressure testers). I've also got muscular 18" thighs from years of sports.
I definitely shudder to think what my old measurements would be. But I just want to say that I think this is a really cool thread idea and a great way to show that losing weight isn't the primary goal in getting healthy.
