I bought the sugar free kind and I was wondering if this would be considered a good breakfast along with some fruit. I had it this morning with a cup of fat free milk and a banana. It was delicious. It originally caught my attention because it looked like it would be a good source of protein. Does this sound like a nutritious breakfast or should I just stick with the oatmeal?

Its a good breakfast but the chemicals in the sugar free version isnt all that good for you. I think you'd be better off with the non sugar free version or the oatmeal
I have used the SlimFast variety of this drink to replace a meal - I can't see anything wrong with these drinks as they have vitamins etc. in them. Just make sure you keep the whole day healthy. It is always exciting to find healthy foods that we really like! Good for you.
I thought I was making the better choice by getting the sugar free but you're probably right ornella, the non sugar free version always tastes better anyway! I'm just trying to watch my sugar intake as I get a lot of sugar as it is. I'll have to try it though.
