Carrot Cake Recipe

Great cake

Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 cups granulated sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 cup oil
4 eggs
3 cups carrots
1 pound powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 cup pecans
Directions
  1. mix all dry ingredients from first section and combine oil and eggs one at a time the add carrots

  2. bake 350 for 30 minutes in 8 inch round pans

  3. mix remaing ingredients in bowl and ice cake when cool
