Recipe Ingredients for Cashew Cheese
| 2 | cups raw cashews |
| 2 | tbsp nutritional yeast |
| 1/4 | cup lemon juice |
| 2 | tbsp garlic powder |
| 2 | tbsp onion powder |
| 2 | tbsp sesame oil |
| 2 | tsp salt |
| 1 | oz agar |
| 3 | cups water |
Recipe Directions for Cashew Cheese
Grind cashews into a fine powder. Boil water and agar in a pot. Add all other ingredients to cashews, after agar mixture is boiling, reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes, then add to the cashew mixture, blend until creamy. Pour mixture into an oiled loaf pan and refrigerate.
