What catagory do I log floor exercises under?
I just did the beginner abs & beginner ball routine. I can't find an activity that mentions them to add to my "calories burned" log. What category should I use? Thanks!
I'm curious as to what everyone else uses also.... I generally log it as Calisthenics, but wonder if calisthenics isn't more strenuous than the floor exercises I am currently doing....
I would log under calisthenics and there are two; vigorous and moderate effort. My Basic Training Bootcamp dvd has a lot of calisthenics in it and I scream and get angry and get sweat in my eyes. I would call that vigorous effort. If you are smiling and having fun, I would say that is less than vigorous. ![]()
Okay, that works. I was using "health club, genereal" and it was giving me 256 calories for 30 mins... the Calisthenics is 150, which feels more like what I burned, is a better option.
