I like a little tomato flavor in my soup.  Looking at your recipe and seeing the low sodium count, I'm wondering if the catchup wasn't accepted as an ingredient.  I think the CC data base recognizes Ketchup.

so much for a family faverite
308 mgs of sodium isn't much for such a large serving.  It's a good recipe and I intend to try adding ketchup to my vegetable noodle  soup.

Did you know that both Heinz and Del Monte make a low sodium ketchup?
hahaah when I saw the title it reminded me of my 8th grade spanish teacher who told us when he was poor he would make "tomato" soup out of ketchup and water! lol
